Located on the Lublin University of Technology campus, this five-story office building houses classrooms and offices, with heating needs covering space heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water.
This pilot demonstrates advanced energy management and optimization in university buildings, contributing to a more sustainable and efficient heating infrastructure.
The Lublin pilot site will implement following solutions.
Develop and IoT platform monitoring real-time energy flexibility.
The developed algorithms via an IoT platform to improve energy efficiency, flexibility and IEQ by use of forecast control, energy storage and integration of RES.
The cost-effective utilization of available and improved flexibility by use of forecast control, energy storage, integration of RES and dynamic pricing to reduce maintenance costs
