A modernized office building with possibilities to be flexible on the heating, cooling, and electricity market by hourly heat storing in the building envelope and increased cooperation with the tenants.
Solutions to be Implemented
The Gothenburg pilot site will implement following solutions.
Analyse of flexibility in monitoring and operation in relation to new performance indicators (SRI and KPIs) and indoor environment.
Advanced economic evaluations and analysis for improvements of smart readiness by using the total concept method.
Conducting functional tests to characterize and quantify the energy flexibility of the building cluster.
Functional tests with increased end-users control based on green contracts.
Define how to improve energy flexibility and SRIs with installed energy solutions.
